A MUST READ!!! After doing a lot of research on the internet looking around to hire an interior painting contractor... after calling quite a few painting contractors/companies to come out for estimates and also hear each person's steps and process of painting, I decided on the one that impressed me the most which was "Worry Free Painting". They were not the cheapest estimate that I got but Rossie (sp?) really did impress me with what he had to say about the job and specific steps they would be taking to get the job done right. I actually had some cheap estimates from 2 other painters but by talking to them I had a feeling that there was no prepping, sanding involved but just straight paint and thatand that WAS NOT what I was looking for because I am a very hard customer to please because of my Obsessive Compulsive Disorder of having even the littlest thing to be perfect. One major factor that I decided to go with him was that he was so confident with his painters work that he didn't require any deposit what so ever until they finish prepping and fixing all the imperfections and once they are done with that, with me agreeing for them to take the next step which was to start painting was when I give them the deposit, and if for any reason I wasn't happy with the prep work and decide to not let them continue he said I could simply tell them to leave and they would be fine without any kind of problems. I guess he was that confident which made me feel that I had nothing to worry about so I went ahead and hired him or should I say his workers. I really like the fact that they sand everything from walls to trims to doors. Not any of the contractors I had come out for estimates had said that they would do that. I didn't want to go with the cheapest one and not be happy and end up having to spend more by hiring someone else to fix another person's work. I've heard a lot of bad stories on contractors now and days so I'm very afraid and try to be careful of who I hire. As of right now my condo is not fully finished with the painting yet so I can't really tell you of the end result. They are in the middle of finishing up so I'm really excited to see the end finish. I must say, they are being very patient with me because both Rossie, the owner, and his painter Oscar (nice and very experienced) have not yet pulled out their hair dealing with me but instead has listened to what I have to say each time. No matter what I ask them to do or fix for me, so far they have been good about it and willing to work with my pickiness about everything. Now that I think about it, for the price that I got from them I'm actually getting a great deal with all the work and prepping that needed to be done. I will soon update my final thought and also post pictures of their work of art on my very first home/condo. This is just an update on my thoughts of how the project is going so far. I will update the overall result after the completion of my home. Crossing my fingers and hoping everything will end smoothly

Rossi came over to give an estimate within 2 days of contact. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain around our scheduled date, but when the weather cleared the crew was on the job immediately (power washing, prep/prime, repair, and painting.) The crew was professional and courteous and addressed any issue that we had when we asked. They also were clean and neat: every day after work they stowed their equipment and cleaned up the premesis.
